AI is part of my normal workflow — not a magic button. I run Claude-based agents for code review, tests, translations and refactoring. The bar is the same for everything that lands: typed, tested, reviewed.
Small, specialised agents — review, security checks, translation — each with limited tools and a defined output.
Conventions and lessons are written down where the AI can reuse them — quality doesn't reset between sessions.
AI-written code goes through the same pipeline as mine. If it isn't tested, it doesn't ship.
